Quality Assurance Procedures

Our QA and QC procedures ensure that all pharmaceutical products, from receipt through storage, handling, and distribution, meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.

Receiving and Inspection

All incoming shipments are cross-checked against purchase orders, bill of lading, certificate of analysis, and manufacturers' certificates. Products are inspected for physical damage, correct labeling, packaging, and conformance. Special attention is given to products requiring temperature control during transportation.

Storage Control & Inventory

Products are stored under specified temperature, humidity, and lighting conditions monitored continuously. We apply First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) for stock rotation. Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) tracks batch numbers, expiration dates, and quantities in real-time, with periodic physical and digital stock audits.

Distribution Control (GDP)

All transportation methods are vetted to ensure products are handled under appropriate conditions. The entire distribution process is tracked to ensure products can be traced from the warehouse to the customer. We maintain strict procedures for handling returned goods and product recalls to avoid cross-contamination.

Control of Substandard Products

To prevent the entry of substandard, counterfeit, or falsified products into the supply chain, all incoming products are inspected for discrepancies. Suspicious products are immediately segregated into quarantine areas, and relevant regulatory bodies, such as EFDA, are notified immediately.
